Specifying -cpinternal and -cpstream with database utilities

When you install OpenEdge and specify default values for -cpinternal and -cpstream, the installation program writes these values to DLC/startup.pf, the main parameter file. You can subsequently run OpenEdge or a database utility without specifying a value for -cpinternal or -cpstream; OpenEdge uses the value in the main parameter file.
